American student accommodation giant lines-up first UK scheme

Landmark has acquired a major website on William Street in central London and plans a a brand new growth of 225 purpose-built scholar beds.

The Zone 1 website is only a 10-minute stroll from College Faculty London (UCL), Euston Station and Regent’s Park.

It marks the beginning of Landmark’s deliberate UK technique targeted on scholar housing in prime regional college cities and super-prime central London areas.  The agency at present has a pipeline of greater than 3,000 beds.
