Andrew Knowles and Andrew Poxon from Leonard Curtis have now been appointed Joint Directors of the AIM listed agency.
The corporate had been making losses for a number of years and had been exploring a possible sale for months.
Knowles mentioned: “We’re disillusioned {that a} solvent sale of the enterprise didn’t happen, regardless of reaching out to each {industry} and non-industry particular events.
“Nevertheless, we’re at present in negotiations with a number of events who want to purchase the enterprise and property from the directors.”
