Work on the 34-storey block will begin in October as soon as demolition contractor PJ Careys clears the 1.3-acre Clyde Avenue/Excessive Avenue web site.
The positioning is residence to a former Safestore industrial facility and surrounding hard-standing automotive parking. Demolition will get underway subsequent month.
The scheme will present 288 reasonably priced properties – 141 for social lease and 147 for shared possession – alongside 193 properties for personal sale. An extra 9,803 sq ft of economic house and public realm works are included.
