Developer Proposes 1,225-ft Tower That Would Transform San Francisco Skyline

World actual property funding, improvement and administration agency Hines submitted plans on Friday to construct a 1,225-ft tower at 77 Beale Avenue in downtown San Francisco. 

If constructed, the tower would surpass the 1,070-ft Salesforce Tower as town’s tallest skyscraper. It could rank because the Eleventh-tallest tower within the U.S., and the tallest exterior New York and Chicago. 

Situated on a website previously belonging to utility Pacific Gasoline & Electrical, the tower could be a part of a mixed-use improvement that will embody a metropolis block and embrace 1.6 million sq ft of Class A workplace house, 120 residential models, in addition to ground-level retail and restaurant house.
