NY Regulator Nixes State Agency Bid to Expedite $5B Transmission Line Build

The New York Public Service Fee has denied the state Energy Authority’s request to take over constructing on an expedited schedule the proposed 175-mile Clear Path energy transmission challenge from upstate Delaware County to New York Metropolis, estimated at $5 billion.
