Birmingham-based The Building Consultants (TCC) has been appointed to help the £85m Castleton Works scheme which can present almost 400 build-to-rent residences. Detailed planning permission has been granted by Leeds Metropolis Council
The event, on the regenerated west facet of Leeds metropolis centre close to The Junction and Wellington Place, can even present three store models, a health club, a padel courtroom, roof gardens and roof terraces, open inexperienced area and parking amenities with electrical automobile charging factors..
