Vistry and The Hyde Group have been granted planning consent by Medway Council for Phases 4 and 5 of the Rochester Riverside mission in Kent.
These newest developments will carry an additional 353 properties to the £419m regeneration scheme, carried out in partnership with Medway Council and Properties England.
