Lindum hands staff £2m windfall from profits

The household and employee-owned agency distributed near £1m via its profit-related pay scheme, which allocates 10% of annual income equally throughout its 639-strong workforce — delivering a median bonus of round £1,500 per worker.

On high of that, the founder Chambers household, senior administrators and worker shareholders shared in a £1.99m dividend payout after the group declared a complete dividend of 11.75p per share for the 12 months to 30 November 2025.

With 506 workers holding shares — round 79% of the workforce — workers collectively personal almost half the enterprise and benefited from a major slice of the dividend pot.

The mixed payouts underline Lindum’s distinctive mannequin, which blends broad-based worker possession with equal revenue sharing — making certain employees profit no matter shareholding.
